Our music school is founded around the idea that God calls us all to be musical! (Psalms 98, 150) Therefore, it is of the utmost importance that we steward and share this skill to the best of our ability with experts who believe that vision.

Monteiro Studios was founded by Nick Monteiro in 2023 when he decided to pursue teaching private piano lessons and performing live full-time. His teaching style kept the tone of the lessons light while diving into deep and complex musical ideas focussed on what the student’s goals were. To Nick, a student is successful if they are loving music!

Since starting his own private practice, Nick simply ran out of time - there are only so many students one person can teach! Then came the idea: start a music school by bringing in top talent from the local music scene to spread the joy and love of music to more people, all to the glory of God!
