Guitar lessons begin with the fundamentals of proper hand position, chord shapes, and strumming/picking technique. Students quickly move into learning songs they are excited to play, so progress feels rewarding early on.
Our guitar students develop reading skills (tabs, chord symbols, and notes on the staff), ear training, technique, improvisation, and music theory. Many of our students even write their own songs!
