Corporate & Professional Events
Our Event Center is an adaptable space designed to host professional gatherings of all kinds. The building works well for corporate meetings, workshops, presentations, trainings, and team events that require a clean, comfortable, and flexible environment.
Private Events & Celebrations
The space is also available for private events such as birthday parties, community gatherings, celebrations, and special occasions. With room for seating, open floor layouts, and event setup, the building can be customized to fit the needs of your group.
Event Details & Guidelines
• This is a building rental for private and corporate events.
• Booking includes exclusive use of the space during your reserved time.
• A one-hour buffer is scheduled before and after each event for setup and cleanup.
• Max Capacity of 150
• Sitting room for 120 (including chairs and furniture)
• Total square footage: 2,900
• Events must conclude by the scheduled end time.
• Renter is responsible for basic cleanup following the event.
• Rental includes 80 White Folding Chairs and 10 Rectangular Folding Tables
• Additional guidelines may apply based on event type.
• WIFI is included
