The student has lessons with their instructor on a weekly basis, meeting at their regularly scheduled time at Monteiro Studios Music School.

The subscription fee is paid on a monthly basis.
$160/month for weekly 30 minute lessons
$300/month for weekly 60 minute lessons
If your teacher misses a lesson, you will be given a credit for a make-up lesson.
If you (the student) cancel a lesson with over 24 hours notice, you will be given a make-up credit.
There is a one time, non-recurring sign up fee of $15. This fee encompasses creating your profile in Opus1, miscellaneous materials/resources, hospitality amenities, and all student recital attendance.

A discount of 10% off will be applied to all services taken by siblings, close relatives, and additional lessons taken by them (including the initial student). This discount also applies to group lessons and ensembles. The initial student pays 100% tuition for their first subscription.

We recommend 30 minute lessons for most students. Within that time, an instructor is able to gauge the student’s progress on their material, introduce new concepts at a steady pace, and assign practice material. 60 minute lessons are recommended for exceptionally disciplined and/or advanced students.

Monteiro Studios is closed for the following holidays:
July 4 (Independence Day)
September 7 (Labor Day)
November 26 to November 28 (Thanksgiving Break)
